Hope this is the right forum.
I recently purchased a General Dynamics GD6000 from ebay, I have two issues, Touchscreen and GPS
1. The correct touchscreen drivers for the unit were found at Flextronics website (after many hours of searching the web) but the touchscreen will not calibrate correctly. I did the 9 point calibration, but if I touch the screen anywhere the start menu pops up and thats all.
2. The unit is supposed to have a GPS module, which if functioning should display a green LED above the keyboard, it does not light up, so I presumed the module is either faulty or not present. I have searched the web for this is also but can find very little information and Service manuals seem to be non existant for this unit. Does anybody know where the GPS module is located? I have been informed that it is in close proximity to the wifi card but I can see nothing, another informed me that its in the lid?
Any information would be of great help,
