    Getting to the RAM and Hard drive on my CF W2?

    I'd like to get to the RAM and Hard Drive on my CF W2.

    I'd also like to know what it is i'm looking at here..

    On the left hand side, is nothing interesting.. A chip. And the panel for it is a metal plate. There's no paste.

    On the right hand side is puzzling to me It looks like space for something to slot in, but what?

    This thing has 512MB RAM, but where can I see it physically / how can I get to it?

    The picture on the right, under the white label is your RAM and its not going anywhere, its soldered onto the motherboard. It's not coming off and if it's like ony other toughbook that slot is where you can put another RAM stick.
