Finally have the correct Gobi 2000 card in my cf-52 mk3 with all drivers so the computer recognizes it. The nmea port is set properly in the gps software but the problem now is it can't get a fix. I've had it outside under the open sky and after 20 minutes it may see 1 or 2 satellites but never gets a fix. I'm running virtual GPS and Delorme Street atlas with the same results. Are the 2 antennas for the Gobi card the problem or am I still missing something?

u need an sim card in the slot. and for a fast reception an wwan-connection to get the actual satellites from ur nearest wwan-tower.

Please note a few things:
1) The GOBI 2000 GPS will never be as quick and accurate as the DEDICATED, OEM GPS that you can get on the fully rugged's
2) The reception isn't as good because you are sharing the WWAN antenna! Be sure to be standing out in CLEAR BLUE SKIES -
Thanks for correcting this misinformation
Gobi 2000 now works but...
