Does anyone know how to switch carriers on the Sierra Wireless MC8355 card? It's on Verizon right now and I'd like to be able to switch it to Rogers or Bell Mobility (Canada) if possible?

I'm using build 4442 of the Watcher. In Settings>Firmware>Network Operator, it's greyed out as Verizon. Does that mean the card is locked? In Network Selection, I have a choice for LTE or CDMA of which of course I selected LTE.

    MC8355 is not LTE compatible.
    Build 3728
