Newb here, just wanted to thank you all for your contributions regarding the CF-29. I purchased 10 last year for our company's service techs, and my life has been quite breezy since we tossed out our last PDA.

I would love to add my two cents in for any help someone else might need. What's the protocol for that?

For starters, I found this forum searching for CF-29 stylus's and came across this thread my first visit. I have since replaced all of our handles AND... did you know there also is a tether for the CF-30 stylus that works great as well? (see pic, sorry for the quality). Would have posted in there, but it is locked.

Also, I can recommend a great guy on eBay who sells PATA SSD's cheap. In fact, I just email him outside of eBay to cut costs and fees, real nice guy. We swapped all of the HD's out for just over $100 each including shipping (only went to the 32 Gig model).

Anyways, great place you guys have here and I look forward to hanging out wit' yall :)

been researching info on 95 jeep yj rio grande got for the wife so she can have a knock around vehicle in the NC mountains. just saw your message, somewhere north of 35. hope she doesn't read this. mostly are the mk4-5 variety that I've swapped in 320gb's 2gb ram TS backlit chicklet KB's and many came with gps, oh yes some with the engenius wifi plus s card. still working up the nerve to go for the gps internal mod on some of the machines that don't have gps. several cf-51 duos(7) a couple cf-18 a couple of cf-50's and then there are the gateaways, just 2. yeah, I know I have a problem here but it's better than the police mustangs and police caprices out in the yard. I need to add to one of the outbuildings to get some more "stuff" in. Hoarders ring a bell?.............Driller

@Driller, Get a Weber conversion carb for the Jeep. You'll never get the piece of crap Rochester to work. Then go for the HID distributor and you will have a properly running 4.2 liter, I got 150K+ out of several of those engines.
