Gps Testing Software

I thought to make life easier
we can upload all the best GPS testers we have from testing GPS too hacking,
in the next few days am going to try and upload the best ones i have also if others can upload there ones it be great help!!!
Also am going to upload all the test files for GPS and driver also the operating manual for the CF-28.............
Hopefuly it'll help to make life easier for anyone with gps on there cf-28

Time Funtion is The same driver but was released for the CF-29 and will work with CF-28 -

The Attached files are 2 PDF's and 2 Text,
The first PDF is just a panasonic release explaining the setup of GPS -
The secound PDF is the operating manual for the CF-28 -
The third Text file tells you the solution panasonic made to the registry to help CF-29 with GPS
The forth Text file tells you of panasonic and windows solution to the problems, my bet is on this one to solve the problem(the money shot)...

Tell me though... Did you do the CF-29 Registry hack to make your GPS work? I'm still having issues. Even with it set to 3E8/IRQ11!!!

 

well i did try it and was happy for abit as GPS ws working then went out and kept loosing signal here and there, then after checking it for 10mins using RCT, i notice it aint doing much at all, rather then go out ur way disabling it you be better of just disabling the mouse caus you'll still get the same amount of satelites..........
theres another solution which removes serial at start, when i get back home am going to look for that and upload it here.........

 

Hey Dj... The Extreme GPS Hacking RAR file is password protected... What's the password?

 

oh man bad memory totaly forgot its should be my username i think or try acid, with caps on and off........

toughbook.....i put up another text doc which was the original solution for win2000 but also should work for xp just uploaded the text file now read that am sure its the solution........

 

Also like to mention if you try the registry version and add the following values -
Value Name: SkipEnumerations
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Radix: Hexidecimal
Value: 0 through FFFFFFFE
make sure you uninstall the serial mouse first which you have disabled in device manager, once you uninstall and then add the registry value restart your toughbook and windows will stop detecting the serial mouse so that problem does disapear but when you use ur GPS you will still get the same problem apart from picking up 1 satelite straight away..........
if anyone needs help doing it then let me know and i'll write up another text file for you too download......

 

OK having a problem with the files, i download them and cant open them up, just say "the archive is either in unknown format or damaged"

I'm using winrar too.

 

For some reason they are corrupt now...

 

Which software or files are there????
let me know and i'll redo them and put them back up..........

 

This is what i have been getting;

GPSPI.exe is not a valid win32 application.
RCT-1.1.OBETA.exe is not a valid win32 application.

and try only one time at the password on the gps extremetech and now it has locked me out of the file lol. so i may have to delete it and download it again lol

 

The password is ACID I believe. I also think you have corrupted files.

 

ok what i'll do is put the 2 softwares together and redo them tomorrow also found some other GPS testing software and one that looks good where you can build ur own maps, am trying to **** the k*y at the moment as its only a trial it shouldnt be too hard, but will take me a hour, give and take afew mins.........

 

ok finaly got one of the uploads then,
will try doing them all tonight and uploading fresh links tomorrow.......
plus add afew more softwares for you guys

 

hey, thought i help out with the registry fix for the GPS,
i used the registry fix for the CF-29 extracted it and redone the fix so it work for the CF-28, i tried it on a fresh install and it worked fine got 4 fixes straight away..............

 

Please tell me if we have some application for testing WINCE 6.0 GPS receiver driver? If yes please provide me the application.

As i am a new user to this site so dn't knw much how the posts can be viewed...etc...plz someone let me have ur feedback
