I bought my first CF18 about two weeks ago.
Now I've bought another one. There should be more warning in these forums about this sort of thing![]()
Admittedly the second one has bits missing and is just to provide spares for the first one and parts to experiment with, but still![]()

This is how it all starts. You don't need them all but you WANT them all. Then you will start buying other models to see if you like them any better. You end up keeping them. Then you buy others just to see how different they are from the other 10 you have.
This is known as "Toughbook Addiction" and is stronger than heroin! There is no antidote or cure except buying Toughbooks.
When your wife or significant other starts to complain... Just remind her that you could be at the bar getting plowed and picking up strange women... Instead you stay at home and build Toughbooks. This has worked for me... So far.onirakkiss, toughasnails and UNCNDL1 like this. -
That's a good one, Rick! I used to have a rule...that I could NOT buy another until I had sold/given/etc... one away...that worked for awhile until another one came along that was too good to pass up...If and when my wife starts to complain, I'll try your line...best regards, Cleve

Just remember... BAD things happen IF you buy a lot of Toughbooks AND you go to bars, get plowed and pick up strange women.
But I guess that goes without saying...onirakkiss likes this. -
I remember when I first buy my CF-25...I still have it in my basement some where. Also the CF-27 same place. It's never end! Here is your warning.

Yes, you've done something VERY bad. You will be assimilated. Resistance is funtime.

No, you can't have my lawn chair when I die. I'm taking it with me.
Have I done something bad?
