    i recently picked up a couple CF-27's from a police auction. They had a bunch of CF-28's also, but i missed the bidding. I may pick a couple up in the future though.

    my questions are:

    1. how compatible are the parts from the 27's and 28's?

    2. how compatible are the mods from the 27's to the 28's?

    3. and finally, does anybody have an exploded view diagram of the CF-27 and the CF-28?

    The CF-25,27,28,29,&30 all had handles.
    Only the hard drives were encased in either foam or gel.

    Yep,
    I ran right over to my CF-30, knowing that it had handles and assuming it must be counterfeit. It is just such a good fake however that I think that I will keep it.
