it happend to me! Ever since I used my CF-19A outside in the rain, I'm looking for a toughbook phone that has a quadband, 3G/4G, email, rudimentry internet browser, and wants to sync with outlook. Sonim's don't have the functionality and I've seen a lot of complaints about the quality. Even right out the box they had faults and flaws.
Ow and I started looking for a CF-18 mk5 for my mother and a CF-30 for my wife and and and any other excuse to get other thougbooks.
