Welcome to the Panasonic Tough book forum

Your Cf-19A is a MK5 and there is 8 MK's in this model so far. I have the same one as you but I have added GPS and Emissive keyboard (lights up). Also upgraded the memory to 8GB and W7 Pro 64bit. It really did not need the extra memory but had it from another upgrade I did so I put it in. I think you will be very happy with it. I know I am

I never paid must attention to it but check this out. www.ruggedpcreview.com/mt/archives/2010/05/intel_vpro_tech.html
Not sure you know this but Panasonic slows down the CPU to get better battery life and to keep heat down.
FYI.... I can get around 6 hours with screen set at 60% and the screen is still nice and bright.

You have to use three-phase power and buy an optional AC adapter - 380V->32V instead of the standard 220V->16V one :)

Not something i would use then? More of a marketing thing.
Will stick to settings i have at minute. 60% screen is what i use at minute, lasts about 5-6 hours.
