I was looking for a driver this morning to verify something and low and behold Panasonic updated a bunch of drivers for the CF-30 running W7 tuesday. What happened to the last 2 years of support?

In the search field use these criterias:
    All Drivers
    CF-30
    Model CF-30 K/L MK3
    Windows 7 32 BIT
LEAVE THE LANGUAGE BLANK! They goofed on that part.

About 50% of them were updated on 6/21/2011. I looked at the Driver Versions and a couple of them are the same version as before even though it states the new date. Mine might be different because I use the latest Drivers from the newer models when I can.

The PDF that gives the instructions is dated 6/23/2011 as being released.

At the link you posted above, the new drivers do not show up. I had to go to Official Support Download Center of the Drivers, Manuals and FAQs | TOUGHBOOK | Panasonic to see them. This is at least what I experienced here at work. Oops. I didn't notice until after I posted this that you said leave the language block blank. Yes, it worked that way. I put in the language at your link and it didn't show. Sorry about the confusion. At the site I posted, you can put in the language and it comes up right.

Yea, I think there kinda messed up a bit. I have been checking the driver versions and it's wierd what they did. most of the drivers have the same versions as before but once you install it and start digging around you can see the little changes. The .inf file is new for sure. A new BIOS update for the BT and other stuff.

any improvements? Everything is working fine on mine, wouldn't upgrade unless there was some tangible benefit or added functionality. What does the new inf and bluetooth bios do?

I have not been on it enough and have not installed them all but whenever a newer driver comes out or released 99% of the time it is always best to update it. Most of times it will add new features or fix little bugs on a device. Such as the wifi card. The last update increased the strength of the wireless signal. Crap like that...
