Anyone have any experience with this? I have a unit I wanna yoink the GPS out of and put it into my personal CF-30.

It is pretty easy installing the oem gps on cf-30 toughbook.

 Agree with Teo, it's an easy mod to add the stock GPS
If you want proof just look at Rob
If the networking guru who is all thumbs when it comes to hardware can do it ,well trust me it's easy lol -

It's the EXACT same chip as the CF-19 GPS. Just a different antenna
