    I have broken CF-51 keyboard and I can buy CF-50 in low price.
    My question is this keyboard fits in my toughbook.

    Yes the CF 51 and the CF 50 keyboards are interchangeable. I put a CF 51 keyboard on my CF50 and it works fine.
