Does anyone have a 13.3" XGA Touch Screen for sale? I would prefer the entire lid to ensure a good seal.
anyone, anyone, Beuler, Beuler...

I think maybe I saw a Asus model once...maybe.
-
Oops! A 13 ft. touch screen would be impressive. -
That would get tiring trying to reach icons at the top... You'd have to operate it with a tennisball, and throwing it at the screen.
-
Nevermind, info was there all along.

Lol! what are you guy doin. and the guy offer you an asus for cf-28. he! he! Whats goin on, man? Do i miss something here.

Check with Gravitar when he gets back next week.
-
I wonder how hard it WOULD BE to make it touch-screen... Talk about immersing yourself in your work.

Time is an illusion; lunch time, doubly so. -
While on a job in Seattle I met a guy doing audio engineering for one of Gates homes. So the story goes...some of the interior walls were some sort of giant lcd screens with rotating images of paintings and such. Maybe a 13ft touch screen isn't that far fetched... Maybe Ol Bill is checking his email with a tennis ball! LOL!
Thanks Toughbook, I will check with Gravitar -
Someone is dumping a load of 800mhz models on e-bay. 28PC models...13.3 Touch. With so many of them, you may be able to pick one up for next to nothing...ok, ok, pretty cheap anyway.
If you're going to spend $$$, may as well pick up some extra parts all in 1 shot.
Thats the way I usually think anyway, but that could be the main reason why I end up with so much junk, eh, fine spare equipment laying around... -
Yup... I'm going to buy as many as I can!

-
TB, what do you make of that lower-left corner thing on those e-bay 28's? Touch membrane delaminating?
-
-
I have some available ranging from A-C grade, with or without lids. What were you looking to spend?
