Steps to install Windows 10 Pro (version 1803) 64bit on CF-31SBLAB1M ToughBook (MK3)

1.) I just used the ISO downloaded from Microsoft, clean install, no install key needed if previously you acquired digital license when it was free
2.) Only 3 drivers were missing in Device Manager: PCI Data Acquisition & Signal Processing Controller, MC7750 drivers, and Unknown Device
3.) Installed Chipset drivers ( Win7 compatibility for this software, and the rest of the software installed below) (OSInfFile driver unpacks to intellinf)
4.) Installed ETM drivers (Dynamic Power Perf Mgmnt Driver) which took care of PCI Acquisition... and Unknown Device drivers
5.) Installed SD card reader software (sd_re)
6.) Installed newmisc (Panasonic Misc driver)
7.) Installed System Interface driver (sid)
8.) Installed System Interface Management App (sysifman)
9.) Installed 64bit and 32bit Panasonic Common Components
10.) Installed brecal, GPSstate, pcinfo, pplanex, wswitch, and dboard31 (Win7 compatibility)
    11.) Installed MC7750 drivers
    12.) Installed MC7750 firmware updates
    13.) Installed VZAM
Any time installer offers to reboot Windows, DO IT!

If you are getting MSVCR100.dll errors, download MS Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack (I installed both the X64 and X86 versions. Not sure if both are needed)

Windows 10 works perfectly, including Dashboard, and the utilities it encompasses. PanasonicDashboard.jpg PanasonicDashboard.jpg PanasonicDashboard2.jpg
