Many old laptops with Intel 4965 AGN Wireless cards are having the issue that when they update to newer Windows the wireless card works but randomly crashes with:

STOP Error 0x000000D1 IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO (netwlv64.sys)

The solution is to download and install that older driver:

It assigns a negative IRQ and resolves the issue.
