    TopCop will be with you shortly..... be patient grasshopper. I'm thinking it is. Do you know how much ram it has? If it is 256mb or 1.25gb it probably is Not a TS. If its 512 or 1.5gb it may be a TS. Question is , is it a working TS.. best of luck.....Driller
