I took my handle apart last night because it was a little loose, and there was a lot of dust inside, so today i took off the little cover over the fan output to see if it was super dusty in there, and it looks like the heat sink is shifted....but then again i do not know what it is supposed to normally look like. Unit is the CF-31 in my sig.![]()

I just looked at a 31 here and the fins are definitely crooked compared to the case. I would guess they are hand fitted to match the curve of the copper.
