I have a Toughbook CF29 and the keyboard does not function for normal log in. If I go into BIOS, it works fine, but when it comes to the windows log in screen, nothing works. Any suggestions?

If you didn't password protect the administrator account then try going into safe mode... Or hook up a USB external keyboard...
