The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    whats the crack with the illuminated boards... which will fit the CF-29?? will a CF28 fit? physically and electrically???

    A bit of advice for the newbie, there have been several threads in the past two weeks concerning every type of keyboard for the CF-28/29, what each will work with and what they won't. I HIGHLY suggest checking out those threads and the CF-29 FAQ before going any further with this thread as you will probably face the ire of several moderators. Remember, always search the current/older threads first as most questions have already asked/answered many times.
