Hey, one of the pins that locate the docking port on my idock is missing, and the other is slightly bent. I can get them from kodiak directly, but they seem to be quite pricey. Does anyone know a source for "micropax" pins? I think they are made by Berg(?). Kodiak wants $14 ea - and they are just itty bitty stainless pins for goodness sake.

I did the requisite search on google, but get quite a bit of misleading info.

By the way, the iDock came via ebay from Arizona (originally from Peoria says the iDock), and I think the vendor still has some left if anyone else is interested.

I also had the barrel lock on the front of it re-keyed, and that was pretty easy...

How much was it to have it rekeyed? How long did it take him?

Actually, I did it. The lock removes via a nut on the back side (inside the iDock), I pulled it off, compared the length to one he had in the shop, paid for it, bolted it back up and all done. Maybe 1 hour with applying the locktite and everything (include the drive to the store).

    Very easy to do.

Oops, sorry Toughbook, I think total was maybe $15 rounding up.
