L&E DC-DC Adapter question

Somewhere I picked up an L&E DC-DC Adapter for the panasonic Toughbooks. It is missing the input cable. It looks like the Lind DC Power Adapter - Model # PA1630-1062 which can be found at DC Power Adapters for Panasonic Toughbook 18, 19, 29, 30, 50, 51, 73, R1, R4, R5, T1, T2, T4, W2, W4, W5, W7, Y2, Y4, Y5 series. I want to make my own input cable, but need to know the polarity of the input jack. Is anyone familiar with these?

 

I have used these, it really identical to the lind
