    I've searched and read, but can't find a definitive answer...has anyone successfully installed a Lenovo-branded MC7750/Gobi 4000 aircard into a Panasonic Toughbook CF-19?

I maintain a fleet of older, yet still very usable CF-19's that all came installed with Sierra Wireless MC7750 aircards. However, several aircards have died over the years and finding reasonably priced Panasonic aircards is getting very hard. I found some inexpensive Lenovo-branded Sierra Wireless aircards and have attempted to install them, but have failed. None of the drivers I've found seem to work. I still only see (4) MC7750's listed under, "Other Devices"
This is on Windows 7 Pro 32-Bit.

    Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!

I had success running a Lenovo WWAN card in different machine (Fujitsu) after flashing its firmware on Lenovo machine and copying the drivers to Fujitsu. It was MC8335 though.
