My first Toughbook was a CF-Y2. My second was a CF-Y7. These were fantastic 14.1 inch machines, great for travel, beautiful to work on. Then there were the F8 and F9 (in the US, anyway).
Now there is the CF-LX3. In Singapore, it looks like you can get it with an 88key US keyboard. (In Europe, an 89key UK, as well as German, French, etc. are available.)
You guys love Toughbooks as much as I do. Has anyone tried one? Bought one? Any idea how I can get one shipped here with a US keyboard?
I am interested in anything anyone can tell me about the CF-LX3!

Looks quite a bit like the CF-C2 in laptop form with a 14" screen. The C2 is awesome,very rugged and well built and they are close in specs,looks groovy.

I have had several of the oddball models but the LetsNotes are not seen much in the US,I had a CF-L1,still have it but it's kaput.
