I have had good luck buying CF-52s off EBay.. My luck ran out with the last one. Its a Federal Gov. surplus laptop with the Wi-Fi locked out in the BIOS. No Wi-Fi adapter listed.

    Model CF-52HCMBZAM. BIOS Version V2.50L16.

Does anyone know of a source for a BIOS update..?
I have spent hours looking all over Panasonics web sites and here..

    Thanks,
    Andy..

Did you put in a Wifi card?
It really needs to be a Intel 5100 card for the BIOS to show the wifi option.

Can't be a card from a HP or IBM..They will not work at all.

Welcome to the Panasonic Toughbook Forum

Listen to Shawn...Intel 5100 wifi card should work. Have you checked to see if you have any antenna's installed.

My unit freezes/stays for about a minute in the Panasonic logo every time I boot without fail. A standard BIOS that might fix this might be okay as well. Thanks.
