hahahahaha oops.
-
Add that key to the "banned by Microsoft" list.
-
*writes down the key*
hmmm...
That really is an idiot..lol -
well, if you have a recovery CD that key isn't needed anyway.
-
I usually email those guys and tell them that their COA probably isn't good anymore. Most are shocked and don't realize what they are doing.... They don't realize how important the COA is.
-
I was wondering what the hooha was about but for the benefit of those who don't realize the implications of a compromised COA, could you (or those in the know) elaborate further?
-
A compromised key means that you cannot activate windows using that key... i minor pain more or less...
errr, legally at least lol -
Another one looking at CF-T5's... if i was a poor man looking for a key I'd be on ebay all day! Too bad I already have tons of legit keys lol

Well, in the same way, can't you simply walk around an office and look at all the COA stickers on the desktops? Or an Internet cafe? Heck, even POS systems have it!
-
Yes, yes could
-
lol, I emailed him stating his COA will be compromised now and he responded with "sorry, I guess I suk"... I'm thinking, no dude u don't suck, you just didn't know, now u do lol
Look what I found :D
