    First, I am planning on calling Heartland for the following items, but I need the part numbers (and the price, if anyone knows it)

    I need factory restore discs for the following 2 computers:

    CF-18MK4
    CF-19MK1

    Again, need the part numbers, and prices if you know them… :D

    The disk for the 19 cost $35.00 shipped but the 18 they don't have now . You will only need your full model number, no need for a part number. If you have a credit card they can take your order over the phone and you will have the DVD in 2 days...well if you call in the morning it will be there the next day maybe. They only ship express

    You can send them a drive and they will image it for the CF-18 for $35 also.
