    Seems like my experience with them is hit or miss. They always use stock photos and sometime you get a real treasure... And sometimes they get you. They apparently run the business in one place and have all their stuff shipped from another so nobody can exactly lay their hands on the part(s) until the order to ship comes through...

    Yeah I've always avoided buying from them because of the lack of a real photo. You never really know what you're in for, a description stating there is a "scratch" is an opnion, my idea of a serious blemish may not be matching what the sellers is so you take the chance of getting a junker. None the less in my communication with them they seemed to have pretty good serivce

    I got my media bay bettery from these guys too... no original panasonic box, but looked like OEM wrapping, no marks anywhere and again only 1% wear... :)

    it does and adds about 3 hours extra runtime - screen brightnes 2/3rds wirelessly browsing and Rdesktop session open...

    cant wait for my yellow battery, im dying to see 10 hours on the battery bar!! although i may need external monitor connected and everything turned off! lol!!
