Is there any way to get individual keys for toughbooks? Because mine came with a couple missing keys, the rubber is still there so you can still press down but the key and key bracket thingy is gone. I have the standard backlit keyboard that isn't rubberized. I uploaded pictures of the keyboard also.

Yes you can repair the keys but it is delicate work and takes some practice to get right. Best way is to find another keyboard like yours that is also missing some keys. Practice removing and replacing keys you don't need at first, get it figured out, then fix your keyboard.

Get in touch (email) if you can't find a parts keyboard anywhere.

Also if you look at the top left of the picture where the 4 screws are, you'll notice the first one is missing. When i recieved it i took off the metal panel and it appears to have been drilled (or attempted), so i can no longer put any screw in there. I was worried that if water did get on the Toughbook would it go through that hole and damage any insides? or is it waterproof under the metal aswell?

The top metal panel does not need to be waterproof, but the metal chassis underneath the keyboard should be. If the screw hole in the chassis has been messed up, you could put a dab of silicone sealer in the hole. Or re-tap the threads for a slightly larger screw if it's not too messed up.

The keys can be replaced... I'm sure someone here can provide them for you... But they are very easy to break when installing...

As to the screw... You can extract it if you are careful with the screw extractor. I have pulled those same screws out in the past... As long as it is not messed up too bad.
