This is the first of what may become a series of threads created to help our forum members evaluate purveyors of Toughbooks and Toughbook parts on eBay and online in general. It is not a "sh*t" list and members with positive experiences are encouraged to add their experiences to each thread so as to give a balanced perspective. So here goes....
Techforless_outlet has been selling what they describe as a keyboard for a CF-19 for a number of weeks now. Here's a current example:
Panasonic CF-WKB191VM Rubber Backlit Keyboard for CF-19 ToughBook Notebook | eBay
Clearly, the pic shows a keyboard that could never be shoe-horned into a CF-19 or CF-18 and not even a CF-29,30, or 31. I emailed them, assuming it was just an incorrect picture and they would want to make a correction. I got a response "I have submitted a request to have this item pulled to our Part Corrections Department for review." I'm not sure what a Part Corrections Department is, but nothing was pulled and they are continuing to make new listings with the same picture and description.
Draw your own conclusions.

I also contacted this e-bay seller with question regarding listing and they responded:
"Thank you for you email. After researching your question, I have found that this unit is compatible with the CF-19. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your product. Thank you".
I agree that it does NOT look like a proper listing.
Seems kind of steep ($193.15) for one rubber backlit keyboard -
