Maybe a 10 year old Motorola
Looks a bit like my first Toughbook a Cf-25 the first fully rugged Toughbook, first available in 1996
I bought a slightly used cf-25 in 1998 , it had a 133mhz processor and a 10" tft screen with w95 which I upgraded a year later to w98
A few years after Panasonic came out with the cf-25 , other manufacturers copied them and came out with their own Rugged models

I'm thinking Getac.

They do look like Getac, but I dont have much luck googling any info on legacy machines... all i can find is the current fully rugged A750 im wondering what the lowest spec these could be! parts are certainly not as plentiful as the Toughbook!! lol!! -
Yes, even the fairly new GETAC A795M looks like a 14 year old cf-25

It looks like it could be the Getac A320 - Pentium II 400 MHz 64MB SDRAM - you can find the full spec here:
http://www.dealtime.com/xPF-Mitac-GETAC-A-320-A320-7-406460
but externally the later models looked very similar so it's difficult to tell from the picture. -
as Tomcat rightly says !!

Either Getac or Dolch (pretty much the same company). Since the speaker covers are rounded on the end, I am thinking one of the "kinda" later models with the 600MHz-850MHz processor. I have two and they are built like the proverbial tank. Even more rugged than the Toughbooks in design, but with that comes the weight. They all have the rubber keyboard, but not many had the lighted one. I still get mine out and use it (600MHz with 256/384 RAM with XP Pro SP3) when the mood hits me.

The one lcd you can see in the picture looks pretty much full size in the sense of the 12" vs 13.3" on the CF-28. Does that help with identification?

fingers crossed! lol!

Keep me posted. See if you can find out the specs and if any have the lighted keyboard.

sspl a320t
pn 6064-2-200
secure systems productions
Secure systems look like they take comodity laptops and harden them for defence... looking at the part number and your hints it looks like its an A320
and the screens fill the bezels, so im guessing the larger screen option
Name that laptop...
