I plugged in my wireless card and loaded the drivers. I have net stumbler installed and running on my Cf-28(600) with windows 2000. It works fine and picks up my ssid fine. How do I setup my wireless connection? I have never used 2000 before. I opened the 802.11 wireless Lan utility but it won't let me plug in my network name. My network is wep protected.

I tried them all and it didn't work. The card is enabled and works with net stumbler. I added my network name. Still no luck. This is not like any other system I ever used. I am installing linux right now. windows 2000 is not right for me. I went to the card and checked all the tabs and nothing.

Have you posted in the Networking and Wireless Forum? They might have more pertinent info.
Just a thought -
Which wireless drivers are you using. I recommend going to intel.com click on "download center" and download the drivers for your wireless card there. The newer intel wireless software is much easier to use. Especially on win2k. Its a bit redundant on WinXP.
