Hi everyone...a quick question...I have a new 74G that has windows 7 ultimate on it and I can't figure out how to calibrate the touchscreen I tried to use restore discs totake it back to XP and it told me "not supported...It's kinda strange because the model number on the case is 74GDADBM and the bios says GDBDBM...the only difference being that second model is Bluetooth which it is...Thanks in advance, Travis

Is this new or New to you . If it came from Panasonic that way I would send it back . Have you tried the Vista touch screen drivers ? On the CF-29 / 30 some of us had to use the Vista drivers to get the touch to work.

Does the touch screen work at all ? If no then it might not have the drivers installed. Go here for the drivers https://panasonic.ca/english/customercare/sandd/softwarequery.asp Did you get a manual with it.
If I am right it came with Windows Vista® Business SP1 or Windows XP Professional SP2 .Is the Windows COA on the bottom of the computer one of them. Just trying to figure out why the restore disk will not work unless you have the wrong MK DVD. Your DVD should be a MK3
