I have 2 CF-53's, I am moving all devices in my company from Sprint to Verizon. I called Panasonic and was told to Uninstall Sprint software from program files (there were no Sprint files there) then to go to all programs/Panasonic/Carrier Selection Application and run the Verizon connection Manager. (There is no CSA under Panasonic either) The only thing I found was the Gobi Wireless Installer in explorer. I was told if I don't get the Sprint off first before I try to install Verizon I will corrupt the operating system and will have to reformat. Can anyone tell me how I go about this?
    Thanks in advance!

Are these using the factory installed Panasonic hard drive image, or did your company install their own?

Factory installed, we haven't changed anything.

Did you have the Sprint software installed on these.. If you can't find the Sprint software why no just run the restore disk again...it only takes about 40-45 minutes to install the OS/Drivers

I should have been more specific. It is the factory installed image BUT we have installed our own software on top of that. These are tech laptops with thousands of dollars of licensed software on them. If I do a restore I will lose that software and licensing.

Might try extracting Sprint SmartView from the Panasonic CSA software and re-installing it, then un-installing it. Then install the whole CSA software package, and use it to change your carrier to Verizon.

So since I can't seem to find the CSA, go to Panasonic and download the CSA software again and start there? Then follow your instructions? That sounds like a solid idea.
Thanks I won't get my techs laptops back until probably next week but I will give that a try and let you know how that works.

Thanks for your suggestion. It worked like a charm. Reloaded CSA and Sprint, then removed Sprint and changed carrier to Verizon and it works perfectly!
