    Well for my CF-27 mk2 , I'm using a Linksys WPC54G V3 which is
based on the Broadcom 54G chipset and having no problems at all.
I loaded the newest drivers from Linksys and when inserted it always connects in about 10 seconds and has good power and reception.
    Hope this helps.

EDIT: Is this model Atheros Based:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/__PCMCIA-Card...s=72:12|39:1|65:12&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14.l1308

I can't find any information on the chipset even in the Data Sheet and don't wan't to waste my money if it won't work!

However, am i going to be able to run it as it says it need 400mhz of processing power? Or is this just for the software supplied? Could i install the driver and then use windows wireless software?

Tis the Mk1 266mhz Intel MMX (160mb RAM) and it's running XP

It ran the belkin card for about a minute and ran it fine but due to the hardware incompatibility it failed and continues to fail!

    I know it's a bit slow but it's a project!

I did my research and i'm off to my local store tomorrow or sometime this week to buy a BT Voyager 1065 which i'm reliably informed it has Broadcom Chipset.

I'll let you know how it goes!

Thanks it should work, because the wifi-cards are mainly hardware operated/based the minimum requirements are normally due to the manufacturers software, so if i use the zero configuration utility it should work normally.

Thanks guys, should be getting by broadcom based wifi card in the next couple of days!

On a more positive note i've just got my Vodaphone 3G data card working!
