the i5 is a nice processor, but im worried that these big processors will start to have a negative effect on battery life... the 1.6 778 - 10w tdp the i5 - 35w tdp suddenly the battey life is more than halved! I love 10 hours away from the mains!

I agree Matt, but at the same time alot of components are getting more efficient every year. Maybe they will offset each other
Or they could be increasing the battery power?
