Sup Guys, name is Phil. Always wanted a Toughbook but never could afford it. I got my hands on a refurbed CF-29N. Loaded windows 7 ultimate 32 bit today. I wanted to thank everyone as I've learned a great deal from this board by searching threads before making my purchase. Still loading drivers and what not.

You're welcome! Thanks for using the SEARCH BUTTON!!!
You'd be surprised at how many people can't find the search button...

As the boards foremost practitioner of humility, I too accept your well deserved accolades.

haha, yeah well i read many times how people don't use the search button and instead get flamed on. I had over a dozen questions but found them all on this board from previous threads. So no need to waste a new thread for an old topic

So far windows 7 ultimate 32 bit installed fine. I read so many threads now my head hurts now.
I manged to get my touch screen to work on my CF-29N Toughbook. Still having issues getting audio and video graphics to install. I ended up downloading the misc panasonic files folder for the CF-31G MK1 from panasonics site. Installed the mouse/touchpad driver as Capt.Dogfish had posted.
