    New HDD, Windows XP pro, display problems

    Installed the new 160 gig hdd, reinstalled Windows XP pro, and now I have got that one inch black band around the main Windows page in the center of the screen.

    Someone else had this problem before but I can't seem to find where it was discussed. Any help for this newbie would be appreciated. Thx, Stiffnecked.
