This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     We just got one of these and plan on getting the ESATA/USB 3.0 model when its released.

    It's pretty damn sturdy and compliments my CF-30 well..
    One of the bonus features is that the HD actually contacts METAL inside the enclosure to help with heat dissipation! Too many enclosures have a plastic tray or the HD never touches the sides or top/bottom to help act as a heatsink.

    I shoved a 12.5MM 1TB drive in it and its very, very nice....

    I told them they should release a water resistant one with shock mounting...

    BTW... I just stood on it and balanced on one leg, and it's still alive..
    I'm about 230lbs so, this is one nice enlosure.....
