A friend of my wife decided that because she see so many noteboks around our house, that I must be the notebook god :) I tried to convince her that I don't know much, but she wouldn't give up. Anyway, she handed me a dell inspiron b120 notebook. it has xp home on it. it has three user accounts set up and a guest account. her screwball kid messed with the paswords and now can't remember what they are. i can log in under guest but not the others. she would like to know if there's a way to discover or remove the passwords. what do you guys think?

I do not believe there is a way around this. You might need to reinstall windows to factory default. Others can correct me if I'm wrong about this.

I'm sorry, but regardless of reason, we do not allow discussion of breaking passwords.

I will give you a tip, though: there is a way to recover the passwords; look elsewhere to find it.
