    So the i5 2.4 is a DUAL graphics right? (also known as discrete graphics?)

    I missed THIS auction BIG time! I totally woulda bid if I saw it before it ended as I KNOW I can get $1500 for my CF-30 - basically I coulda got a CF-31 for $1000... I'm kicking myself BIG BIG BIG time! GAH!

    its a intel HD chipset it has a certain amount dedicated than up to 1600mb or soemthing like that

    The 540 (2.53ghz) has the optional (in BIOS) ATI discrete graphics. The 520 (2.4ghz) is integrated only.

    old busted is right, the 2.4GHz aka i5-520m does not come with discrete graphics.

    The i5-540 @ 2.53GHz comes with the ATI Discrete graphics.

    Would the implication then be the 2.4 has indiscreet graphics? Make sure your anti-virus is up to date.
