My dilemma. I have a couple of CF-19C's that have forgot how to function properly. I can move the mouse manually with the touch pad but the screen no longer recognizes the stylus for any action. I have attempted updating drivers, imaging the toughbook and replacing the screen with no success. Any ideas?

When you say you replaced the screen, do you mean only the LCD or the whole display unit?
If you only replaced the LCD, then you have dead touchscreens. One of the problems with the MK1 & 2 is the touchscreens dying.

Contact member sadlmkr about getting them replaced.

Please post the full model number.
Are these just touchscreen or digitizer and touchscreen?
From what I have been told, the cable and connections for the lid/lcd is a known weak spot in the cf18 and cf19 series.
