    1. Do you hear anything sounds at all.
    2. Does any lights come on in the front.
    3. Were you doing something when this happen or did you buy it this way (eBay ?)
    4. Try replacing the memory, bad or no memory will do this.

....not sure if all my lights come on anymore though
    .....I definitely have bad memory
....I don't remember if I was doing something when this happened
    ....What happened? Did something happen?

Below is what you have in your 52 MK1

    Model Number : CF-52CCABXBM
    Status : DISCONTINUED
    MSRP : $1,899

    Description: WinXP (Vista COA), Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 1.80GHz, 15.4" WXGA,80GB, 1GB, 56K Modem (RJ11), 1Gb Ethernet, Intel 802.11a/b/g, Multi-drive

Sound like the one I bought on ebay a few months ago, I ended up taking the top half off and put it on another one I had that the LCD was trashed. What I did was take out the memory , wifi card and both batteries. I then tried them in a working CF-52 and I only found 1 bad memory chip which I was hoping that was the problem but no luck. So I used it as a parts machine. My guess it has a blown fuse on the motherboard just like yours. Did the ebay seller list it as working or non-working (untested)

Do you know for sure if the ac charger (15.6V) is working and are you using the right one . Have you tried the 52 on battery power only ?

Yep,,I betting bad fuse or maybe a power socket. If it was listed as good, contact the seller and file a claim to document everything. Take photos to post with the claim. The more info the better.
I just returned a Motion tablet I bought on the 'bay. Listed as normal wear....They sent me one with a warped case, bubble in screen and a 1.06 cpu instead of a 1.33 cpu. Seller refused to communicate with me. Filed a claim and the 'bay sent me a return label. Once the seller gets it back the 'bay will issue a refund....
The 'bay has been really good so far in dealing with my disputes. Seems like there are getting to be more and more sleezy sellers though..The most common issues seem to be in not listing damage. I guess the sellers figure if they don't list the damage it's implied as being non working and for parts...
Sorry,I'm starting to rant....Currently on hour 29 of vertigo and a nasty headache.

Oh and on the 'bay "untested" means they know it's junk but hopefully some sucker will buy it anyway.

Yes the fuse can be repaired. You need a micro soldering iron, magnifying glass, and patience

So you have no ac charger ? do you know for sure if the battery is good

Well it could but I never have tried. It's like finding a needle in a hay stack. There is a lot of them on the motherboard and I am not talking about you run of the mill fuse either.

With mine I had one light on...the charge/battery light only. It's gotta be a fuse , as with most of us we just sell it as parts unless you know someone that knows what he is looking for and how to fix it...I know I don't, sorry

I have a couple of CF-29 MK5 units like this. Someone blew the fuses in all three... But apparently it also blew a few IC chips in the process. It was a mess. I parted them out.
