    Panasonic CF-53 mIssing serial number in the Bios

    Hello,

    I was wondering if anyone would know where to find a bios utility to update the serial number in the bios. It is missing on the toughbook that I have and I have scoured the panasonic website and haven't been able to find anything. It certainly isn't hard to find such a utility on other manufactures websites, however, with this panasonic, it has been a pain in the backside.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.

    I'd say the system board has been replaced and the person/shop it was done by didn't have the utility to write the model and serial numbers to the new board.
    Contact Panasonic support by email and see if they will email you a link to the utility.
