Hi everyone! I'm new in this forums and hope to get more knowledge out of this amazing community! Now, I just got a Panasonic Tough Book CF-31SBLEB1M without HDD, I have a spare one I can use and an image of a licensed Windows 10 but want to know if any of you have the drivers for this model since I'm having a hard time finding them and been looking for them for 3 days now. Thanks in advance!

Update: I have installed Windows 10 but drivers still missing, also touch screen is unresponsive and pointer is not where the pen or finger is and Panasonic PC Utility is missing but when installed it requires to be installed from Microsoft store and only shows Wireless Enable/Disable, Fan control Standard/Quiet and Battery Re-calibration.

Drivers installed from Panasonic website for Win 10 1809 (Didn't work)

Touch Screen Calibration Tool is missing (Went to BIOS and switch from Tablet to Touch Screen and Touch Screen to Tablet and still no way to calibrate)

    Welcome to the ToughBook Community!
This link popped up first with a search of "CF-31 Driver Bundle Pack:
    https://pc-dl.panasonic.co.jp/itn/index.html

You didn't mention if you have the hard drive caddy (enclosure) for your project.
A caddy from a CF-30 or CF-31 will fit such as this (illustration only):
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-Pa...795388?hash=item289401273c:g:RsYAAOSwEbheSqC6

I'm not a Win10 user but my understanding from others on this site is that once loaded and several re=boots your system should find all the hard ware and drivers needed.

Thanks for the reply, I have everything I need but the drivers. The page you shared has only the "Enterprise CAB" for Windows 10 1607 and honestly don't know how that works. I'm on Win10 1909. I'll see if someone else jumps in and help me find them or tell me how that CAB works if compatible with the build 1909. But thanks for your help, is much appreciated.

    Hi Geraout!

Yeah, searched on that site too and there's no Win10 1909 drivers for the CF-31 MK3 for the model I mentioned above. The only ones are for
    Toughbook 31 [1/2/3/4] (mk5), Windows 10 RS1 1607
    Toughbook 31 [1/2/3/4] (mk5), Windows 10 RS2 1703
    Toughbook 31 [1/2/3/4] (mk5), Windows 10 RS3 1709
    Toughbook 31 [1/2/3/4] (mk5), Windows 10 RS4 (1803) x64

but thanks for the reply, have a great day!

Thanks for the input but that doesn't seem to work, see picture, it has to be for the model otherwise it won't work. But thank for you!

Ok, I downloaded it, installed it but still no luck, "Dashboard for Panasonic PC" is there now but when clicking any giving option throws an error "Settings are unavailable. For assistance, contact the manufacturer of your tablet computer."

PC still behaves as before the bundle install.

By the way, thanks for the time taken to try to help me!

Are you sure you followed this advice? If not - repeat the process.

In the past when upgrading operating systems from an older to newer one, I've noticed that sometimes you must think outside the box and use another driver (individual, bundle, etc.). It sometimes also takes several re-boots for everything to come together and might not be the exact driver pack, but it should work. If you keep trying, and follow the advice of these above that know windows 10, you should be able to do what you are trying to do.

I've converted to Linux ten years ago because of these issues:
    https://mxlinux.org/

That being said, there is a sponsor on this site that has embraced windows 10 for toughbooks and might be able to help.
Here's a link to their site:

Through right click and Run as administrator?
Are there any devices without drivers in your Device manager?

Hi there! I've rebooted several times and I mean lots of times since I read that on different post, site, etc. too. and haven't used linux like ever so that's a new world for me to uncover and believe me I have enough with my current issue to start learning a new OS haha. I will see if the Bobjohnson can help me out and see what happens. Thanks anyways!

Yes sir, I did it that way. Also there was like 6-7 unknown drivers on the Device Manager.
