    Hello,

    I am planning to buy from someone a Toughbook Cf31 MK4 with an issue that the battery wont charge.
    Any chance you can help me sort out if ever the charging port has damaged at all? or just the battery that needs replacing?

    he seems to have a different cf 31 to test that the battery will charge to another cf 31 but wont on that specific mk4 31? any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

    If I remember correctly its a bad main board. You could get lucky and its a nicked cable inside but doubt it.
