About a year ago while browsing this forum I came across a Panasonic (I think it ended with .jp) website that gave you a parts breakdown by Model #. You just typed in the full model number and you would get the hardware specs in that particular notebook. I've looked around but can't find the post I originally found it in. Can someone post that URL please?

the original toughbook configurator is now gone however a new onethat doesn't give info on some of the dated laptops does exist. google toughbook configurator and enter model numbers and see what comes up, again not at all like the old configurator. also look up toughwiki and JB007Rules has website that is listed under his logo that has a link that will be more helpful. hope this helps, some of the others will hook you up with a direct link, check the stickies at top of forum as they point you in a good direction.......Driller

Ah yes, "toughbook configurator" was the term I was looking for. Too bad it's no longer available, it was a handy tool. Thank you Driller.

    Thanks Alex for the link.
