Over the last year and half I have had to call the Tech Support Dept for various reasons. When I first started calling them they never ceased to impress me with there knowledge, and how helpful they were. The last couple of times it seems like either I have gotten a rookie, or they are hiring less competent people. I called them yesterday afternoon about something and I was telling that guy how to do some stuff on here since he was telling me how to do something wrong! Now, you guys all know I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to computers, but come on![]()
With all that being said, it still is nice to know that you can call them 24 hours a day and speak to a human being speaking and understanding your language. That, I am blessed to have!
