Have been looking for power supplies, and come across a few that aren't listed in the post of compatibles listed here.

Any ideas on these: AA 1526M3 reportedly for the CF-28/27
AA 1633a reportedly for the CF-18/19 and others.

Was wondering if the 1633a would work with my CF-29's, and CF-50's

    Thanks,

    Sam

Google the part number (not on the forum) and do a little reading. You will shortly figure out if the adapter has the MP205 (old style) or 2.5x5.5mm (new style) plug. That's all you need to know. ANY old style adapter will work with ANY old style computer, and ANY new style adapter will work with ANY new style box. Everything else, particularly amps is fine tuning and a subject which has been beaten to death here a couple of times.

The first number you list is a 2.6 amp OLD STYLE adapter originally for a CF-P1 or a CF-07 or similar. It will charge any computer before CF-29 or CF-18, not sure about the non-tough models. Hint: Google a correct model #, ie CF-AA1526M3.

    Thank you,

I found a deal on some and will be buying as many as I can until my July 4th holiday overtime money runs out.

One word of warning. The CF-AA1633A adapter you mention is only 3.75amps and was intended for use with a CF-19. It will work with your CF-29, but it will not charge as fast as a 5-8amp charger. If you are going to buy a lot of them and hope to resell them, you might look for the bigger ones. $15 or so is a good price. Be sure they are OEM, there are a ton of adapters out there listed with the Panasonic part number which are an aftermarket crap shoot. You really have to read very carefully to be sure the words compatible, replacement, and the like are not in the ad.
"Unless specifically described as "Original" items are produced by 3rd party manufacturers as replacements for the original parts; original manufacturer part numbers are provided for cross reference only." (quote from ad for Panasonic CF-AA1633A, originally in even tinier type)
