    Guys,
Lets see how this works. We all get frustrated when newbies don't read the stickies before they post, but to be fair, some of the F.A.Qs are huge! I thought I would try this and see if we can keep these manageable. If we can keep from indulging in our off topic ramblings on the Info Stickies, they might get read. We need to self police ourselves as its not fair to put all the load on Rick. If we can just add new information and keep the questions and answers to new threads, there is no reason the drivers thread should ever grow to more than 20 posts or so. The give and take when we are helping each other to solve a problem is what gives this forum its heart and is best done in individual threads, off topic asides and all. Doobie made a great suggestion that we condense the results of long threads to present the solution in a single post. It seems to me that we could all be responsible for doing this when we have been a principle in the discussion. Toughbook, let me know what you think.

Yup... Probably what I need to do ultimate is to make 1 CF-28 thread, 1 CF-29 thread and 1 CF-30 thread (Along with all the others) but with a lot of these, what you find in one thread is really applicable to all... (IE Drivers) It's when you get into modding that separates things...

    Rick,
That I think is where Doobie's suggestion comes in, have one of the main players post up a summary of the information. Of course that takes away the fun of following the chase which might well not be a good thing. We can't expect you to do all of this, we have lots of capable people here who would be willing to help.

You might as well let me do it... Either that or perhaps, if not complete enough, I'll just cut and paste everything into new threads...

The drivers thread should be closed + stickyed
Have members PM you with additions
If you don’t do this the drivers thread will look like everything else around here lol

Rick is working on a suggestion on creating, a general “read first thread/guide”
Which would link every most important threads

In that thread links to the drivers and every model can be included and it would keep the sticky’s to a couple only

Summarising some threads would be good as well

And a suggestion on a read here before posting thread would be for the poster to include their full model # when they post as eventually we need that to resolve issues

    Alex,
This is how its supposed to work, its getting better already with the input from Doobi, TB, and yourself. I'm glad to take responsibility for the driver/manual page and anything else that comes up. This is a good way to keep all the load off Rick.
